DeMenno/Kerdoon is a fully permitted Part B Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility. Having fulfilled the comprehensive audit requirements for DRMO/DRMS, D/K is approved to receive Federal Government generated wastes. As a CERCLA Off-Site Rule 40 CFR §300.440 approved facility, D/K may accept CERCLA (Superfund) waste generated as a result of remedial or removal action. D/K's facility permits include:
